As a painter, one of the great expieriences that I can think of is painting in front of a crowd. The fast-paced style that i can paint in thrives on the interaction of the audience. I have grown accustomed to painting on stage, at charity events, art openings, parties, dinners and charity functions.

One of the benifits of painting this way, is the lines of communication between audience and painter. having no problem with any inturuptions, i enjoy talking to the audience members about painting, either mine or others. This puts the viewer almost in the shoes of the painter, and therefore could walk away with a greater understanding of not only my painting techniques and styles, but as a whole art form.

Any way to bring art to the main stage, put it in front of a viewer and actually be able to talk to the painter will, in my opinion bring the art of making art into main view.
